Contract Terms

Our full contract terms are provided directly to each customer as part of the signed estimate package. They're not published publicly.

Here's what's covered at a high level:

• Payment terms: 50% deposit required to schedule, balance due on Substantial Completion
• Financing: Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions (0% APR available on qualifying projects, subject to approval)
• Change orders: signed written amendments before any scope change
• Permitting: we pull and carry all required permits across our service area
• Workmanship warranty: 1 year from Substantial Completion Date. See the Workmanship Warranty for full terms
• Governing law: State of Florida; venue in Port Charlotte, Florida
