## Summary

Single-family homes, HOA communities, pool enclosures, and privacy back yards. The majority of our work is residential, and we're built for it: HOA paperwork, permit handling, and a clean install that leaves your lawn the way we found it.
## Who this is for

- Single-family homeowners: Full service from estimate to cleanup. We prepare your HOA submission package, pull permits under our license, and handle material ordering. You sign permit paperwork and submit the HOA package to your board.
- New-construction buyers: Closing on a new build? We coordinate with your builder's schedule, HOA timing, and permit requirements so the fence can be scheduled around your move-in target.
- Rental and investment properties: Simple materials, fast turnaround, clear invoices for deductions. We work with property managers across SWFL.
## Materials

- Vinyl / PVC
- Wood
- Aluminum
- Chain Link
- Composite (hurricane-rated)
- Metal
## Considerations

- HOA approval: We draft the application with site plan, material spec, color, and height. Approval timing varies by board, some review on receipt, others only at monthly meetings. We don't order materials until approval is in hand.
- Permits: When permitting is needed and approved by the homeowner, we can pull the permit under our license. Permit turnaround varies by county: Charlotte County 1 to 2 business days, Lee County 2 to 4 weeks, and Cape Coral specifically 4 to 8 weeks.
- Pool-code compliance: If your fence is also a pool barrier, it has to meet Florida code. Self-closing gates, 48 inch minimum, 4 inch opening rule. We build both-purpose right the first time.
- Price Promise: Bring any apples-to-apples written quote from a licensed SWFL contractor and True Fence Florida will review it line by line. Same material, height, gate count, warranty terms, permit handling, and scope.
## Process

- Free on-site estimate: In-person visit. We measure, walk the property, and email a written proposal, usually the same day or next day for complex layouts.
- HOA + permits: You sign pre-highlighted paperwork. We prepare your HOA submission package and pull the municipal permit.
- Install: Most standard residential yards finish in one day once approvals clear. Longer runs or complex layouts can take longer. Broom-clean cleanup before we leave.
