- Property managers: Multi-unit or multi-site? We coordinate phased installs, send daily progress photos, and bill per invoice line so your accounting team stays clean.
- Retail and office: Parking lot perimeters, dumpster enclosures, gated employee entry. We install during off-hours when access matters.
- Apartment and condo HOAs: Long-run chain link, ornamental perimeter, pool deck barriers, dog-park fencing. We manufacture custom-made materials in just a few weeks to meet your needs and timeline.

## Considerations

- Certificates of insurance: COI naming you or your property manager as certificate holder is delivered within 1 business day of request. Required for most commercial projects.
- Phased installs: For occupied properties, we can phase the work by building or section to keep access open. We price phasing transparently.
- Gate automation and access control: We install the gate and coordinate with a low-voltage specialist for the operator, keypad, and entry system.
- Payment terms: Commercial payment terms are determined by the client's contract.
## Process

- Site walk + scope: We walk every building or section with you, confirm access and off-hours requirements, and send a written scope after the visit.
- Permits, COIs, HOA: We handle all three. Certificate of insurance named to you, permits under our license, HOA package preparation where applicable.
- Phased install: Daily progress photos, weekly site meetings if the project runs over 2 weeks, and a final walk-through before final invoice.
